John is a Partner & the President of Evergreen. As the operating executive and President of the Company, John is responsible for guiding Evergreen SG towards continuous growth while developing the next generation of CEOs to fulfill the vision of building the best permanent home for companies and their leaders.
Prior to Evergreen, John has over 30 years’ experience where he held multiple executive roles in Fortune 500 companies. He has scaled businesses internationally, in highly competitive B2B services markets, dealing with various business models and navigating market change. He has an impeccable track record of driving organic growth, integrating companies and is passionate about developing organizational talent.
John earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from McMaster University, has certificates from both Harvard Business School and Ivy Business School, University of Western Ontario as well as being a certified Green Belt. John was also recognized as one of Canada’s Top 40 Under 40.
