Todd Frager

Todd is the CEO of Library Systems & Services. He has spent the majority of his career as a CFO and COO of venture/private equity backed businesses. Todd served as the VP of Finance and Operations for Blackboard’s software division, following the successful acquisition of Moodleroom’s where he served as the CFO. Prior to that position, Todd was the CFO and COO at Spectrumk12, which was acquired by Scantron. Todd enjoys building and growing innovative and disruptive businesses. Todd received his MBA from the Merrick School of Business in 2000. For his undergraduate degree, he attended James Madison University where he majored in Finance and Economics.

Todd enjoys spending time with his fully grown children and wife of 30 years. In his free time, he likes to run, hike and watch all sports. Born and raised a fan of all teams in the DC area.
