James is a member of the M&A team at Evergreen and is responsible for driving Evergreen’s inorganic growth strategy, specifically focusing on managed IT services businesses. James spends his time building relationships with business owners and leaders in the IT managed services community.

Prior to joining Evergreen, James worked at Alpine Investors and Bainbridge Capital, where he focused on originating and executing investments in business services and software companies.

James graduated from the University of Arizona (Bear Down!) where he was a member of the Lacrosse team.

James loves live music, sporting events, a good challenge, beach days with friends, and spending time on his family’s ranch in Arizona.
