How to Sell Your Company
Our process to ensure we close deals quickly, in 60 days, to avoid a long, painful process
Day 1: Introductory Call
Hold a 30- minute call to learn about the legacy you’ve created and see if there could be an opportunity to partner.
Day 2: NDA
In order to share data about your business and ours, we’ll sign a mutual NDA.
Day 3: Financial and Data Information Share
After an NDA, we’ll reach out to obtain some basic list of information and company financials, and you’ll send over the data you have. We’ll be clear on what we see and care about to be effective in our time spent together.
Day 5-7: Letter of Intent
We will deliver an LOI, or Letter of Intent, based on the information and financials you have provided about your business. Signing is where we agree that we are aligned on the key terms of a partnership and can move forward to diligence.
Day 7-59: Due Diligence
Diligence is a financial, legal and tax review, where we partner to ensure a speedy process and post-close success. We will go deep with you on your business and walk through what we care about, things like highly recurring revenue, or strong customer retention.
Day 60: Closing Day
A win for yourself and us! Nothing left to do besides sign a purchase agreement and then, celebrate!

Should we pursue a deal, we can complete the full process within a 90 day period from start to finish.
The first step would be an introductory call with us to learn more about each other and assess if there is a fit. Following that, we execute an NDA and review basic financial information to get to the point of submitting a letter of intent (LOI) which can happen in as quickly as a couple of weeks. Following a signed LOI, we will complete due diligence within 60 days and close the acquisition.
