Arielle is a talent analyst at Evergreen and a true people person. She primarily works on finding the next group of leaders for Evergreen’s operating companies. She is an extrovert and loves making the interview process as smooth as possible for candidates. Her favorite thing about her job is the genuine connections she gets to make with others.

Prior to joining Evergreen, Arielle worked as a recruiter at a healthtech startup. Before starting her career in talent, Arielle was a teacher for two years through Teach for America. Arielle earned her undergraduate degree in Sociology from University of San Francisco and completed her M.Ed with an emphasis in Social Emotional Learning during her time teaching.

Outside of work, Arielle loves staying active. She is often found on Bay Area hikes, in a yoga or spin class, or trying to locate San Francisco’s best coffee and scone combination. She is also an animal lover and loves seeing any kind of live music show.
