Arielle is a Talent Lead at Evergreen, focused on placing executive leaders across the firm’s portfolio of operating companies. She owns the executive search process — identifying, evaluating, and securing the caliber of leaders that drive meaningful growth at each business. Each fall, she also works on Evergreen’s MBA recruiting efforts, building the pipeline of next-generation talent into the firm.

Before joining Evergreen, Arielle worked in talent at a health tech startup and spent two years as a Teach for America teacher. She holds a B.A. in Sociology from the University of San Francisco and an M.Ed with an emphasis in Social Emotional Learning.

Outside of work, Arielle can usually be found on a Bay Area trail, in a yoga or spin class, or hunting down San Francisco’s best coffee and scone. She’s a live music enthusiast and committed animal lover.
