Caroline Jones

Caroline sits on the talent team here at Evergreen. She focuses on cultivating world class talent for our Operating Companies as well as building out the spectacular team at Evergreen Services Group. Caroline has a passion for chatting, and meeting all types of people. She strives to understand what drives people, finding them the perfect place within our Evergreen family.

Prior to joining Evergreen, she worked in Medical Device Sales for Stryker. Caroline graduated with a Biology degree, completing a Pre-Health track from University of Colorado Boulder.

Caroline is a lover of all things outdoors, in her free time she enjoys, going on hikes, skiing, sunrise yoga, reading on the Marina Greens and seeking out all sorts of new adventures. Caroline is an avid dog lover and will make sure to point one out whenever they are nearby. She enjoys all types of food, but is particularly fond of baking cupcakes and cookies.
