Ramsey co-founded Evergreen alongside Jeff Totten in 2017. He leads the firm’s M&A strategy and spends most of his time working with business owners that are exploring a sale or succession path. Before Evergreen, Ramsey was at Alpine Investors, one of the top-performing private equity firms in the country, known for its people-first investment philosophy.
Ramsey graduated from USC where he studied Business and played on the golf team. He lives in San Francisco with his wife and young daughter.
