Sydney joined Evergreen in 2019 and leads M&A across Lyra, our MSP portfolio. Sydney is responsible for the M&A team that identifies and partners with business leaders to help carry on their legacy and bring them into the Evergreen portfolio. An active member of the MSP industry, Sydney is heavily involved in the community across advisory boards, speaking engagements and community sponsorship. Sydney’s passion has always been around building relationships and connecting with people. Recognizing that every business needs a final home and Private Equity is often behind the scenes, she has built a career out of marrying the two at Evergreen.
Prior to Evergreen, Sydney was a Manager at AlphaSights, an expert network, where she oversaw the Middle Market Private Equity book of business and a team of associates.
Sydney graduated Magna Cum Laude with a double major in Economics and French from the University of Notre Dame. In her free time she enjoys skiing and any and all brunches.
