Integritek, which provides technology services and support for SMBs, has acquired Acutech Network Services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
This is Austin, Texas-based Integritek’s fifth acquisition in the last 12 months and its first since accepting an investment from Evergreen Services Group in August 2018. For its part, Evergreen has been buying MSPs across the United States. The twist? Post-deal, each acquired MSP maintains its unique management style and focus.
