Maria Volkmer, Director of the Invested Pro managed services practice at The Vested Group and a near 12-year company veteran, describes the Evergreen acquisition as an overwhelmingly positive change to her day-to-day. The biggest difference has been steady access to more support and resources, especially the services community she meets with monthly: a group of peers who, outside the Evergreen ecosystem, would have been competitors, but who openly share ideas and lessons from their own successes. On top of the collaboration, Volkmer says Evergreen has kept The Vested Group’s culture alive and intact, with business as usual.
