Evergreen Acquires The Final Step, a Leading IT Managed Service Provider in London, UK
[London, UK] — September 2, 2023 — Evergreen, a family of leading managed IT services and software companies, announced today that it has acquired The Final Step (TFS), a leading IT Managed Service Provider in London, UK. TFS will continue to operate independently within Evergreen’s MSP partner portfolio. Founder and Managing Director, Raja Pagadala, will move into the Chairman role, while Luisa Marques will take over as Managing Director. Raja will continue guiding the business and assist Evergreen as it continues to expand within the UK.

The Final Step was founded in 1987, and still has clients from its first year of trading. In fact, high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) scores and overall dedication to providing service was a key factor in Evergreen’s decision to acquire TFS. They have been a Microsoft partner since 1986, and the company has guided its clients successfully though the early days of B2B computing, the Internet and email, Y2K, and the
transition to Cloud and modern ways of working. More recently, TFS has been recognised by the industry and was featured in the MSP501 list, Channel Futures list of most prestigious IT businesses, for 2 consecutive years.
Raja brought the IT Nation Evolve peer groups to the UK, with the first meeting held in October 2008. He also facilitated the Connectwise UK User Group (Five Hours Ahead) for 10 years. He has served on several Advisory Boards, including Smileback, Datto, and Connectwise.
Luisa started at TFS in 2005, and has progressed through the company to General Manager. Luisa is delighted to be offered the GM role.
