Evergreen believes in a decentralized operating model with independently run platform businesses. Add-on acquisitions take on different levels of integration depending on what makes sense for that particular business.

What is the timeline of a deal process?

Evergreen can complete the full acquisition process within a 90 day period from start to finish.

What is the process like?

Accepted Answer

The first step is an introductory call to learn more about each other and assess fit. Following that, Evergreen executes an NDA and reviews basic financial information to get to a letter of intent (LOI), which can happen in as quickly as a couple of weeks. Following a signed LOI, due diligence is completed within 60 days and the acquisition closes.
