Scott is a member of the M&A team where he helps lead Evergreen’s inorganic growth in the UK market, focusing on Managed IT Services businesses. Scott spends his time identifying and talking to business owners and bringing in new acquisitions.

Prior to joining Evergreen, Scott was a Corporate Finance advisor, supporting owner managed businesses on their exits, acquisitions and fundraising. He worked across all sectors but was fortunate to build up significant experience in the technology sector advising on IT and Telecoms transactions. Scott of course finds finance and technology interesting, but his real drive comes from working with people on what is often one of the most important transactions in their professional and personal lives.

Scott holds the ICAEW Corporate Finance qualification and a degree in International Business.
