Ben is part of Evergreen’s Talent team, where he supports recruiting efforts across the eXp program, campus recruiting initiatives, and the Holding Company. His work centers on building strong candidate pipelines, engaging with applicants, and exploring creative ways to attract and retain top talent across Evergreen and its portfolio companies.

Before joining Evergreen, Ben spent six years in higher education admissions, most recently as a Director of Admissions at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, with prior experience at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.

Ben earned a double major in French Language and Humanities Studies from Wofford College and later completed his Master’s in Business Management at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Outside of work, Ben enjoys training for marathons, attending concerts and music festivals, and cooking his way through recipes from New York Times Cooking.
