Patrick Murphy is an Advisor to Evergreen and works closely with our leadership team on our value creation playbook and decentralized operating model. His addition to Evergreen’s advisory board marks his first, and reflects a shared belief that durable growth is built through empowered leaders — not centralized control.
Patrick is Co-Chief Operating Officer at TransDigm, a ~$70B market-cap aerospace components company and one of the most operationally disciplined businesses in its sector. TransDigm generates approximately $9B in annual revenue and has delivered 25%+ annual total shareholder returns over the past 15 years, driven by disciplined acquisitions and a decentralized operating model that Evergreen’s own founders have long admired.
Patrick was promoted to Co-COO in August 2025 following an eleven-year tenure in leadership at TransDigm, including six years as Executive Vice President overseeing a portfolio of subsidiaries and five years as President of HarcoSemco. Earlier in his career, he led industrial and technology businesses at Danaher.
As an advisor, Patrick brings his experience scaling decentralized, high-growth organizations to help Evergreen navigate rapid growth with precision.
