Reed is a member of the M&A team where he drives Evergreen’s inorganic growth, specifically focusing on managed IT services businesses. Reed spends his time identifying and talking to business owners and bringing in new acquisitions.

Prior to joining Evergreen, Reed was a Senior Associate in PwC’s Deals practice, where he advised clients on capital raising transactions. Reed graduated Cum Laude from Cal Poly with a degree in finance and accounting. Outside of work, he can be found on the golf course, surfing, enjoying live music, or reading in one of San Francisco’s many parks.
