Sam is a member of the M&A team where he leads Evergreen’s inorganic growth across Canada, specifically focusing on managed IT services businesses. He is focused on identifying and talking to business owners and bringing in new acquisitions.
Prior to joining Evergreen, Sam built his career in capital formation and origination, most recently at Beacon Software and previously at Kensington Capital Partners. He holds an HBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University.
A Toronto native, Sam spends his weekends on the golf course working on his handicap, at the rink, or sharing laughs with friends and family.
