Zaun Bhana is Director of MSP M&A – ANZ at Evergreen, where he leads founder engagement and new acquisitions across the region. Drawing on more than two decades as an MSP operator and industry mentor, Zaun brings firsthand experience and community insight to every owner conversation.

Zaun started Leap Consulting in Perth in 2004 and spent 21 years building and growing the business into a respected managed services provider before exiting in 2025. Under his leadership, Leap was inducted as a CRN Fast50 All Star for making the annual list five times—recognition of sustained growth and performance in the Australian technology channel.

A long-standing member of IT Nation (formerly HTG Peer Groups), Zaun helped establish and facilitate Australia’s first HTG peer group and later represented the region on the program’s advisory council.

Having built, led, mentored, and exited, Zaun understands both the operational realities and emotional complexity founders face.

He now works with MSP owners across ANZ to help them realize long-term value while protecting their people, legacy, and culture.
